All the processing phases of Polenta Valsugana take place in environments and on production lines used exclusively for naturally gluten-free flours. Furthermore, in order to reduce the risk of possible accidental contamination, the plant implements all the quality procedures needed to monitor the raw materials and contain the risk within the limits allowed by the standard (gluten <20ppm).
Polenta Valsugana is made from 100% maize flour and is therefore lactose-free; in addition, there is no risk of contamination as this allergen is not present on the production lines.
